SHINE Initiative Family 5K & FunFest

Event Description

The 5K route will take walkers from the school, along Shore Drive, looping around Indian Lake, before returning to Bancroft School. Following the walk, individuals and families will be invited to take part in a variety of “fitness and fun” activities in Bancroft’s field house, such as short-distance relay race, Frisbee toss, obstacle course…and more.

Participants will be treated to refreshments and gift bags, and there will be tables of information devoted to mental and physical wellness, nutrition, exercise, and positive coping.
